CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

  • Cancellation needs to be done within 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall be entertained.
  • When the payment is made in cash then the refund shall be processed by mode of NEFT/cheque. DA INTIMO will make refund NEFT/Cheque only in the registered name of the customer.
  • When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
  • When a refund is to be made due to sizing issues from customers’ end then the amount will be refunded in the form of Credit Voucher.
  • We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail
  • At the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail.
  • In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.
  • Online refunds will be done in 4 to 5 business days.
  • COD refunds will be done in 12 to 14 business days.

Procedure for Return/Exchange:

Returns can be made in the following ways:

  • In-case of sizing issue from our end, we shall be arranging a product pick up for the customer and if the sizing issue is from customers’ end then he/she has to courier it to us at the registered address.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return shall only be accepted in the original packaging. Any items that is damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and shall be sent back to the customer.
  • The customer needs to inform us within 2 business days from the date of receiving the parcel.
  • After validating the product, an authorizing mail will be sent with the return procedure. Please be informed that the customer has to make sure that the return package reaches the registered office within 7 days of authorizing email.
  • The return process takes atleast 12-14 business days.
